Machine introduction:
This machine is the special packaging machine developed by our company for the polyethylene medicinal board packing in pharmaceutical industry. It adopts the working principle of reciprocating horizontal sealing, prolongs the heating time of the horizontal sealing and improves the packing speed using of thick packaging film such as aluminum plastic packaging film. The effect of heat sealing is perfect. "cutting" principle of horizontal sealing makes the edge of packaging bag trimming neat and beautiful, cutter with long service life. The machine adopts PLC control, touch-type man-machine interface, three servo drive. Can be connected with the blister packaging production line, achieve the outer packaging of aluminum plastic medicine plate. According to customer demand, our company developed a "desiccant packet automation dispensing machine", the speed realizes 150 packets per minute, highly praised by users.

e). The machine's automatic medicine plate feeding device is driven by servo motor, working accurate and reliable.
f). Can provide automatic medicine plate feeding device and manual feeding device for your choice, also can provide two sets of automatic medicine plate feeding devices at same packaging machine at the same time.
g). Can equip with "desiccant packet automatic dispensing machine."
h). Can provide a fixed bag former or adjustable bag former.

Q1:How long does it take to deliver the machine after the order & deposit?
A1:Usually it will take 30 working days to delivery for our regular products. If the machines need to be customized, it will take about 60 working days to manufacture the machine and make it ready to deliver.
