Automatic Pouch Dispenser (FS-ZTB-T)

1.Description
The fully automatic intelligent pouch dispenser is used for automatic production line of food, such as instant noodles, bean vermicelli, rice flour, rice noodle, fast food noodle and so on. We adopt advanced control system PLC with double servo drive and accurate ultrasonic testing positioning to replace manual dispensing. It can automatically put the material sachet (powder sachet, sauce sachet, oil sachet, vegetable sachet, etc.) on the package or the packing conveyor belt, so as to solve the labor and low efficiency problems in the production, and avoid material bag frequent human contact to meet the food hygiene standards. It has the characteristics of wide application, high speed, stability and reliability.

It is suitable for automatic cutting and dispensing of material sachet of instant noodles, bean vermicelli, rice flour, rice noodle, etc., and also useful for that of daily necessities, medicine, health products, etc

Q1:How long does it take to deliver the machine after the order & deposit?
A1:Usually it will take 30 working days to delivery for our regular products. If the machines need to be customized, it will take about 60 working days to manufacture the machine and make it ready to deliver.
